About
Hi, I’m Mehrun-Nisa, a UX researcher and interaction designer focused on engagement. I’m curious about the behaviours and motivations behind why people do what they do, and I turn that into interfaces that earn attention honestly, without tricks or dark patterns.
I like to start with people. I talk to them, watch how they actually use things, and look for the small moments where something feels confusing, slow, or just not quite right. Then I design, test with real users, and refine until it works. I do my best work when research and design happen side by side, so what I learn goes straight into what I build.
I’ve also taught web design and information design, which showed me how much clear explanation matters, and I enjoy mentoring and working with teams.
Outside of work, I’m extremely passionate about basketball. It’s a big part of who I am, and I’d love to share more about that with anyone who’s curious, so say hi!
